Returns & Exchanges

While we take every precaution to ensure you receive your Avyanna jewellery in perfect condition and exactly as you expect, sometimes mistakes do happen that are outside of our control.

If your item is defective at the time of delivery, is not what you expected, or you chose the wrong size, you may be eligible for an exchange if you contact Avyanna and notify us of the situation within 7 days of your delivery.

No returns, exchanges or refunds are available for items on sale or promotion.

You may contact the Avyanna Support Team at [email protected] or through or contact form, specifying that you would like to initiate an exchange or return. The Avyanna Support Team will respond to you within 24 hours with details of how to proceed.

We offer one free exchange or return per order for clients in Singapore.

Clients outside Singapore should contact the Avyanna Support Team for pricing.

If you are exchanging a defective item for another of the same, we will honour the original price you paid and exchange it at no additional cost.

Should you wish to exchange an item for another which is more expensive, we will invoice you for the difference and only ship the item once payment has been made.

Should you wish to exchange an item for another which is less expensive, we will refund you the original amount and invoice you for the new amount. Shipment will commence once the new invoice is paid. This is simply an administrative measure, since it is less complicated than doing partial refunds.
